NDF is a nonprofit loan fund committed to supporting the growth of early-stage real estate developers through flexible predevelopment financing. As an Emerging CDFI, we operate at the critical intersection of education, small business growth, capital access, and community development. Our dual-program model—the Developer Academy and Financing Opportunities for emerging developers through our Investor Council—creates a unique ecosystem that addresses market failures in predevelopment financing while building sustainable revenue streams.
