Houston Cohort Early Access Form
The NAREB Developers Academy is proud to launch a new cohort for Houston, Texas – Congressional District. 9. The Academy prepares a new generation of capable, innovative, community-minded developers through top-notch curriculum delivery, small business development, transformative leadership training and post-training technical assistance.
A curriculum-based, credentialed, cohort-style program designed to help emerging developers scale their businesses.
The NAREB Development Fund with the Hiram Clarke Fort Bend Redevelopment Authority, serving as fiscal sponsor, received an appropriation request for 2027 for support of the NAREB Development Fund Institute.
This economic development initiative addresses the need for increased representation from community-based planners and builders. It creates housing opportunities in underserved communities by equipping aspiring professionals with the skills, knowledge and opportunities to become developers. The Academy fosters economic equity, increases homeownership rates and uplifts underserved communities.
